![]() ![]() Well that's not what the salesman and manager told me. they had to dump close to 2 grand into the H2 just to make it driveable, and that someone bought it prior and returned it within 4 days. Finally a garage manager calls me with attitude saying "what do I expect?". Finally they put me to my salesman who acted "shocked" and said he would take care of it. and everyone I talked to kept pushing me to someone else. and that I was assured all this stuff was working, and that I was still within my warranty. Well after calling the dealership back to kind of figure out a solution, I told them about all my fixes/issues, etc. KOONS V IENNA ZIPand my passenger door was held on by zip ties Also. Also found the 12" sub it came with that I was told worked. my oil and tranny fluid were WAY over full. Also found my HVAC system was defaulted to defrost. ![]() and all 4 tranny coolant lines were leaking badly. crawled underneath and oil filter was 12 1/2 turns loose and spewing oil. found tranny fluid on the ground and oil. everything looked great, drove good on the test drive, everything seemed to work, so I payed and went home.Īfter I got home. And they also said since I was in PA, that I could go to a local garage instead of driving back there. I also asked that if I did have problems, what type of warranty? They said, 30 days, 50/50 and 7 days I can bring it back with no questions asked. So I gave my credit card number, put a downpayment, and was going to pick it up in a couple days. I even asked the salesman to go inside and hit every button/option to make sure it works. and everything was 100% in working order. So I called, talked to a friendly salesman, and they said it was immaculate, great shape, well taken care of, said they went through and did inspection, tests, etc. which was spectacular because anywhere else I looked, it was 24-26K for the same setup I was getting. Saw a used 2005 Hummer on their site for 19K. Just wanted to give my experiences with this rather large dealership who claims "they are the best". ![]()
